As the year wraps up, we’re still in crisis mode. We’ve adapted by starting to wear masks and practice social distancing. But the stress of this difficult time is still affecting a lot of us. For this reason, I thought it would be beneficial to review some tips you can use to stay sane during this time.

  1. Exercise
  2. Meditate
  3. Limit your time online — or at least limit the amount of time you spend reading about the Coronavirus.
  4. Take a bath.
  5. Think about what you’re grateful for.
  6. Take up a fun hobby.
  7. Cook and bake
  8. Do video therapy.
  9. De-clutter
  10. Watch something upbeat and funny.
  11. Hang out with your pet.
  12. Learn something new.

Remember, you’re not alone. We’re all going through a difficult time right now. But following these tips, along with taking the proper precautions, can help ease the stress of it.
