Great information. I started meditating again recently — I make it my goal to meditate at least 5 minutes a day, and I try to do those 5 minutes first thing in the morning after I wake up. If I have time I’ll sneak in a few shorter meditations throughout the day. I’m loving the results I’m getting from meditating and definitely plan to keep on doing it.

I started writing in elementary school and never stopped. I enjoy sharing stories about my hard-learned life lessons and writing advice.
