How to Keep Track of Your Water Consumption Easily

My Experience with the MyHydrate Water Bottle

One of the most important things you can do when losing weight, and one of the most important things for maintaining good health, is to drink plenty of water. Most people recommend drinking 6 to 8 8 oz glasses of water a day. But how do you know if you’re getting enough? If you have a water bottle that you know holds a certain amount of liquid (32 ounces for example) it’s easy to figure out when you’ve gotten your 8 8 ounce glasses of water. Another way is to use a smart water bottle, such as the MyHydrate Water Bottle — in this post I’ll discuss the MyHydrate Water Bottle, and what makes it better than other water bottles.

  • You can flavor your water with spices, fruits or herbs using the spa infuser that’s included. Just remove the lid from the basket and fill it with spices, herbs or fruit, then put the lid back on with the stabilization post pointing upwards. Fill the bottle with liquid, but remember to reduce the amount of liquid to accommodate the spa infuser.
  • When you press the button in that allows the water to flow, make sure you press it in far enough that you see one of the lights on the water bottle start flashing — otherwise your water consumption won’t get recorded.
