I also wake up at 6:00 am every morning. I was getting up at 5:00 am for a while, but I found that to be too hard. Plus, since I have epilepsy it’s especially important for me to get enough sleep, and getting up early was cutting into that. I can usually get a lot accomplished in that short amount of time though. And I find that the time I invest in myself in the morning before I start work, or even on weekends when I may not be working on paid work, really does make all the difference in how the rest of my day goes.
