I also wrote for Textbroker, and you’re right, they are the worst of them all. I’ve written for them off and on over the last 10+ years, I’m up to a level 4 and I can’t pass the level 5 test to save my life. I wrote for Get a Copywriter a while back and made some decent money, then they suspended my account because apparently my scores were too low — I’d had a few low scores on some articles, and even though the rest were high they still suspended my account. Copypress is another decent one, but they pay by check only, three months in arrears, and some of their clients can be slow about paying. I’ve found some writing work on Upwork, but finding clients that are willing to pay a decent rate, and know exactly what they want, can be difficult. I’m not giving up though, willing to make writing at least one of my side hustles.

I started writing in elementary school and never stopped. I enjoy sharing stories about my hard-learned life lessons and writing advice.
