Numbers 4, 5, and 6 are especially important. I find when I eat too much food too close to bedtime, I don’t sleep as well as I do when I eat a light meal about two hours or more before bedtime. And I’m also guilty of looking at my clock (or in this case my phone) during the night when I wake up.

I started writing in elementary school and never stopped. I enjoy sharing stories about my hard-learned life lessons and writing advice.
